Richmond’s New Midtown
Reynolds Crossing is an award winning mixed-use development located prominently between Interstate 64, Broad Street (State Route 250) and Glenside Drive in Richmond, Henrico County, Virginia. The property has I-64 interchanges on both sides which provide excellent access and visibility.

Coined “Richmond’s New Midtown,” the centrally located site is approximately three miles west of Interstate 95 and five miles northwest of downtown Richmond. Within a 20-minute drive time, one can access all major areas of town, including Richmond International Airport. In addition, there are over 2,000 hotel rooms, 60 restaurants and most national retailers within one square mile.
