Reynolds Crossing

Richmond’s New Midtown
Reynolds Crossing is an award winning mixed-use development located prominently between Interstate 64, Broad Street (State Route 250) and Glenside Drive in Richmond, Henrico County, Virginia. The property has I-64 interchanges on both sides which provide excellent access and visibility.

Coined “Richmond’s New Midtown,” the centrally located site is approximately three miles west of Interstate 95 and five miles northwest of downtown Richmond. Within a 20-minute drive time, one can access all major areas of town, including Richmond International Airport. In addition, there are over 2,000 hotel rooms, 60 restaurants and most national retailers within one square mile.

As an added benefit, there is a dense daytime population (73,000 within three miles) occupying approximately three million square feet of office space (including the World Wide Headquarters for Altria and Genworth) adjacent to the property. These reasons, and more, make Reynolds Crossing a prime development and destination location.

A Campus Style Setting
The 90-acre project is naturally and professionally landscaped on soft rolling hills with large mature hard wood trees located throughout the property. Over thirty percent of the site is green space and there is a six-acre pond and a network of walking trails and sidewalks which make the site pedestrian friendly.

The desirable campus setting contains central Virginia’s only full service Westin hotel and conference center, seven Class A office buildings totaling approximately 740,000 square feet and a 130,000 square feet shopping center. Anchor office tenants include:
