Sean Reynolds med­ical office build­ing is the newest addi­tion to Reynolds Cross­ing. The build­ing was named after Ran­dolph N. Reynolds, Jr.‘s son who was active­ly involved with the project and trag­i­cal­ly passed away in the fall of 2018. MOB is locat­ed near the traf­fic sig­nal entrance at For­est Avenue and Glen­side Dri­ve, and next to the Shoppes at Reynolds Cross­ing. The exte­ri­or of the build­ing is pre­dom­i­nant­ly brick and pre­cast, with gleam­ing alu­minum com­pos­ite pan­els and high-per­for­mance tint­ed glaz­ing enhanc­ing the over­all appear­ance of the build­ing. The build­ing is anchored by Vir­ginia Eye insti­tute and Der­ma­tol­ogy Asso­ciates of Vir­ginia.
