Reynolds Office Build­ing is a Reynolds Devel­op­ment pre­mier green­field project mark­ing the suc­cess­ful launch of new con­struc­tion ini­tia­tives at Reynolds Cross­ing, an award-win­ning mixed-use devel­op­ment in one of  Hen­ri­co Coun­ty’s promi­nent enter­prise zones. Fol­low­ing its com­mence­ment, the build­ing received the AIA Rich­mond Mer­it Award for achieved excel­lence in design and com­mit­ment to sus­tain­abil­i­ty. Reynolds Office Build­ing archi­tec­ture is a present-day inter­pre­ta­tion of the char­ac­ter and val­ues expressed in the orig­i­nal mid-cen­tu­ry cor­po­rate facil­i­ties, expand­ing on that per­spec­tive by cre­at­ing a dis­tinct design taste­ful­ly com­ple­ment­ing the his­tor­i­cal cam­pus.
