The Four Dia­monds went to the Wyn­d­ham Vir­ginia Cross­ings Hotel and Con­fer­ence Cen­ter in Hen­ri­co Coun­ty, rat­ed since 2004; The West­in Rich­mond in Hen­ri­co, rat­ed since 2009; and the Hilton Rich­mond Hotel and Spa/Short Pump in Hen­ri­co, rat­ed since 2010.

Thomp­son, Siegel & Walm­s­ley, an invest­ment man­age­ment firm, is mov­ing into a Reynolds Cross­ing office behind the Rich­mond West­in hotel off West Broad Street in Hen­ri­co Coun­ty. The near­ly 194,000-square-foot build­ing, which opened in 2008, is now ful­ly leased.

Shel­ter­ing Arms Phys­i­cal Reha­bil­i­ta­tion Cen­ters will open a new out­pa­tient facil­i­ty at Reynolds Cross­ing offie park in Hen­ri­co Coun­ty on Mon­day. The cen­ter will be the reha­bil­i­ta­tion company’s largest facil­i­ty. Shel­ter­ing Arms pro­grams and ser­vices offered at the new loca­tion will include phys­i­cal ther­a­py, med­ical care, med­ical psy­chol­o­gy and an indus­tri­al reha­bil­i­ta­tion pro­gram.

The public’s appetite for mixed-use devel­op­ments con­tin­ues to grow – and nowhere is it grow­ing faster than in Hen­ri­co Coun­ty. Join­ing Short Pump, new­com­er Lib­bie Mill and oth­ers is Reynolds Cross­ing, locat­ed in the heart of “Richmond’s New Mid­town.” Even though it’s 100% locat­ed in Hen­ri­co Coun­ty – that’s what peo­ple are call­ing the area bor­dered by I‑64, Broad Street and Glen­side Dri­ve.
